Method
- In a large slow cooker, add all ingredients except for the fresh parsley, lemon juice, and egg noodles. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook on low for 6–8 hours until chicken and vegetables are tender.
- Remove the chicken, chop or shred it, then return it to the pot. Add egg noodles and stir.
- Cook for another 5–10 minutes on low until noodles are tender. Stir in lemon juice and parsley before serving.
