Ingredients
  

For the Dough
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Plain yogurt Thick yogurt or Greek yogurt works best.
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
Optional Toppings
  • Fresh herbs (like parsley or cilantro) For garnish.
  • Sesame seeds For added texture.
  • Garlic powder For flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yogurt, and salt. Stir until a shaggy dough forms, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Lightly flour your surface and knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  3. Cover the dough with a clean kitchen towel and let it rest for 30 minutes at room temperature.
  4. Once rested, divide the dough into 6 equal pieces, roll each into a ball, and flatten slightly.
  5. On a floured surface, roll each ball into a thin circle (about ¼ inch thick).
  6. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and cook each flatbread for about 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown.
  7. Remove from heat and keep warm under a clean kitchen towel while finishing the rest.
