- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yogurt, and salt. Stir until a shaggy dough forms, about 2-3 minutes.
- Lightly flour your surface and knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Cover the dough with a clean kitchen towel and let it rest for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Once rested, divide the dough into 6 equal pieces, roll each into a ball, and flatten slightly.
- On a floured surface, roll each ball into a thin circle (about ¼ inch thick).
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and cook each flatbread for about 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Remove from heat and keep warm under a clean kitchen towel while finishing the rest.
