Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans chunk chicken 12.5oz, drained
  • 3/4 cup pepper sauce such as Frank’s Red Hot
  • 2 packages cream cheese 8oz, softened
  • 1 cup Ranch dressing
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bunch celery for serving
  • 1 box chicken-flavored crackers for serving

Method
 

  1. Heat the drained chicken and pepper sauce in a skillet over medium heat until heated through.
  2. Stir in the softened cream cheese and Ranch dressing until well blended and warm.
  3. Fold in half of the shredded cheddar cheese, then transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  4. Preheat oven to 450°F and bake for 10–15 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  5. Let cool slightly before serving with celery sticks, carrot sticks, baguette slices, or crackers.
