- In a large salad bowl, combine sliced tomatoes, corn kernels, sliced avocado, thinly sliced red onion, and chopped cilantro. Press in garlic cloves.
- Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and lime juice. Add sea salt and black pepper to taste. Gently toss until well combined.
