- 4 large sesame bagels
- 7 oz cream cheese
- 5 oz cooked turkey bacon, cooled and diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
- 1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, chopped chives, and hot sauce (if using). Mix until smooth.
- Slice sesame bagels in half and spread the cream cheese mixture generously over each half.
- Evenly distribute the diced turkey bacon over the cream cheese layer.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of each bagel half. Place on a baking sheet.
