  • 3 tablespoons apricot jam

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by greasing a 9-inch tart pan. In a bowl, mix flour and sugar, cut in chilled vegan butter until crumbly. Gradually add cold water until dough forms.
  2. Chill the dough in plastic wrap for 30 minutes.

  5. Drizzle melted vegan butter over the apples and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 70 minutes until golden brown.
