  • 3/4 cup full-fat milk
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup grated gruyère cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated fontina cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • White pepper to taste
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook gnocchi according to package instructions until they float. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in flour to create a roux.
  4. Gradually whisk in milk until smooth; add dijon mustard, gruyère, fontina, salt, and white pepper, cooking until thickened.
