  • 2 cups celery (1/4 inch diced)

  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 250°F. Tear bread into bite-sized pieces and toast on a dry pan for about an hour until crispy.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté chopped onion and celery until soft (7-10 minutes).
  3. Combine toasted bread, sautéed vegetables, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together chicken broth and eggs. Pour over the bread mixture and gently mix until combined.
