  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Sriracha to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 tsp arrowroot powder mixed with 2 tbsp water to make a slurry

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Chop the broccoli into florets and prepare for steaming or sautéing.
  3. Slice chicken into strips, season with salt, pepper, and spices, then cook in olive oil until golden brown.
  4. Cook broccoli until tender in the same pan.
  5. Whisk sticky sauce ingredients together and pour over cooked chicken; simmer until thickened.
  6. Mix spicy mayo by combining mayo with sriracha and water until smooth.
  7. Assemble bowls with rice at the base, topped with chicken, broccoli, spicy mayo drizzle, and sesame seeds.
