  • 1 ½ cups shredded chicken
  • ½ cup buffalo hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (Monterey Jack or Pepper Jack)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • ¼ tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and seasonings. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Place the bottom halves of the slider buns on the prepared baking sheet. Evenly distribute the chicken mixture over the buns and sprinkle with cheese before adding bun tops.
  4. Melt butter, mix in garlic powder and Italian seasoning, then brush over the tops of each bun.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until golden.
