  • 20–25 Oreo cookies
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 package chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 cup milk (for pudding)
  • ½ cup Cool Whip (for chocolate layer)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for raspberry layer)
  • 1 cup Cool Whip (for raspberry layer)
  • ½ cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions

  1. Make the crust: Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press firmly into an 8×8-inch dish and freeze for 10 minutes.
  2. Prepare the chocolate layer: Combine chocolate pudding mix with 1 cup of milk. Fold in ½ cup of Cool Whip and spread over the chilled crust. Freeze for another 10–15 minutes.
  3. Make the raspberry cream layer: Beat together softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and 2 tablespoons of milk until smooth. Fold in raspberries and remaining Cool Whip, then spread over the chocolate layer.
  4. Chill: Optionally top with additional Cool Whip and chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours before serving.
