  • 2 cans Pillsbury Grands! Cinnamon Rolls
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (divided)
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 12-cup bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Open the cinnamon rolls and reserve the icing. Cut each roll into four pieces.
  3. In a resealable bag, combine granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. Add the cinnamon roll pieces and shake to coat.
  4. In a bowl, mix melted butter and brown sugar until combined.
  5. Place the coated cinnamon roll pieces in the bundt pan and drizzle with the butter mixture.
  6. Bake for about 40-50 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before inverting onto a serving plate.
  7. Drizzle reserved icing mixed with remaining pumpkin pie spice over warm monkey bread before serving.
