  • 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
  • Granulated sugar for rolling

Instructions

  1. Combine butter, cream cheese, pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, and pumpkin pie spice in a skillet over medium heat. Stir until thickened.
  2. Mix in graham cracker crumbs and white chocolate chips until smooth. Optional: add food coloring for decoration.
  3. Spread the mixture on a greased baking sheet and refrigerate for about 2 hours until firm.
  4. Roll into small balls using buttered hands to prevent sticking.
  5. Roll each ball in granulated sugar until coated.
