  • ½ tsp salt

  • 1 cup milk (or plant-based alternative)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: ½ tsp almond extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, ground pistachios, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Add melted butter, milk, vanilla extract, and almond extract if using; mix well.
