  • 1/2 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into pieces
  • 1/2 pound turkey sausage, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Cajun seasoning

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; reserve some pasta water before draining.
  2. Season shrimp and chicken with Cajun seasoning. Sear chicken until golden brown; set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, cook shrimp until pink; set aside.
  4. Brown turkey sausage in the skillet. Remove and sauté bell peppers until softened.
  5. Make a roux using butter and flour; slowly whisk in chicken broth and cream until smooth.
  6. Combine proteins with sautéed veggies in the sauce; mix well with cooked pasta.
  7. Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
