  • 14 oz kielbasa sausage or turkey sausage, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cups elbow macaroni
  • 3½ cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Optional garnish: fresh parsley or green onions

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add sliced kielbasa and cook until browned (4-5 minutes). Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
