  • 3/4 cup beef stock
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Mexican oregano
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Sauté diced potatoes, chopped onion, and jalapeño for about 5 minutes.
