  • 1 cup water

  • 1 can (15 ounces) black beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Shredded cheese (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef; cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
