  • 1 cup powdered sugar for the icing
  • 12 tbsp milk for the icing
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract for the icing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter and brown sugar until combined. Stir in eggs and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in flour and salt to avoid overmixing.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter for the swirl.
  5. Spread blondie batter into a baking dish; dollop cinnamon mixture on top and swirl gently.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until edges are golden; cool completely before icing.
  7. For icing, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until creamy; drizzle over cooled blondies.
