  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup light brown sugar
  • 16 ounces carrots, peeled and sliced
  • ½ cup pure clover honey
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • Vanilla extract
  • Salt

Instructions
