  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons whole milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in one bowl; set aside.
  3. In another bowl, beat softened butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Add peanut butter, egg, and vanilla; mix well.
  4. Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet mixture until just mixed.
  5. Shape dough into balls, roll in sugar, and place on prepared sheets.
