  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter for filling
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar for filling
  • 2 tablespoons whole milk for filling
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract for filling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, cream softened butter and brown sugar until smooth. Add peanut butter and mix well.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla until combined.
