  • 1 lb ground turkey sausage, browned and crumbled
  • 2 cups milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Colby jack)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together pancake mix, milk, eggs, and maple syrup until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the cooked turkey sausage and shredded cheese.
