- 2 cups Kodiak pancake mix (or other protein pancake mix)
- 1 lb ground turkey sausage, browned and crumbled
- 2 cups milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Colby jack)
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together pancake mix, milk, eggs, and maple syrup until smooth.
- Gently fold in the cooked turkey sausage and shredded cheese.
