  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, maple syrup (or honey), Greek yogurt, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla essence until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together whole wheat flour, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
