  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup cottage cheese (low-fat or full-fat)
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Taco seasoning (1 packet or homemade)
  • Hot honey (2 tbsp)
