  • 1½ cups heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • ½ cup sliced green onions
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • 1 soft-boiled egg
  • Sesame seeds
  • Nori strips

Instructions

  1. Marinate sliced chicken in soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, smoked paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and black pepper for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; cook marinated chicken until golden brown (5-6 minutes).
  3. In another saucepan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth; simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes (optional), and grated Parmesan cheese to the sauce.
