  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions (optional)
  • ½ cup diced red bell pepper (optional)
  • 1 jalapeño, finely chopped (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the corn by cutting fresh kernels off the cob or draining canned corn. For frozen corn, thaw and drain excess moisture.
  2. In a large bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and softened cream cheese until smooth. Use a hand mixer if needed.
