  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 package Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Grease a large 9×13 baking dish with butter.
  3. Melt the remaining butter and spread it evenly in the bottom of the dish. Layer shredded chicken on top.
  4. Add frozen vegetables and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  5. In a medium bowl, mix milk and Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix until combined. Pour over the chicken and veggies without stirring.
  6. Whisk together cream of chicken soup and chicken broth; pour over the biscuit mix without stirring again.
  7. Bake uncovered for 55-65 minutes until golden brown on top.
  8. Allow resting for about 10 minutes before serving.
