  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, half of the Alfredo sauce, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread remaining Alfredo sauce in the baking dish. Fill each noodle with the seafood mixture and roll tightly; place seam-side down in the dish.
  4. Pour any leftover sauce over the roll-ups and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes; remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly before garnishing with fresh parsley.
