  • 1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • Chips, for serving

Instructions
