  • salt and pepper
  • 16 oz potato gnocchi
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 5 oz fresh spinach
  • ¼ teaspoon salt (to taste)
  • coarsely ground black pepper (to taste)
  • red pepper flakes (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add sliced crimini mushrooms, sauté until golden brown, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  2. Add potato gnocchi to the pan along with chicken broth. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the gnocchi float to the surface.
