  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Sear each side of the chicken breasts for about 2–3 minutes until golden brown.
  4. In the same skillet, whisk together chicken broth and softened cream cheese until smooth. Stir in Parmesan cheese and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Place seared chicken in a greased baking dish and pour sauce over it. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
