  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 4 ounces turkey strips, diced

  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh thyme sprigs, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface and place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Cook diced turkey strips in a skillet until crispy; drain excess grease.
  4. Spread cranberry sauce over the pastry, leaving an inch border.
  5. Layer sliced Brie over the sauce, then add crispy turkey strips and fresh thyme. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Fold edges of the pastry over the filling and brush with beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
