  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 6 tbsp brown butter
  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (sifted)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 tbsp milk (adjust for desired consistency)

Instructions

  1. Activate the yeast by mixing warm water and sugar; sprinkle yeast on top and let it foam for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Combine flour and salt in a bowl; add activated yeast mixture and olive oil, stirring to form a sticky dough.
  3. Rub the dough with olive oil, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Grease a baking pan and pour melted butter into it; transfer the dough and let rise in a warm spot for 1½ to 2 hours.
  5. Prepare brown butter by melting it until golden-brown; mix with brown sugar and cinnamon.
