  • 3 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 1 pound pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 1 jar Alfredo sauce (15 oz)
  • 6 Kaiser rolls
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • Garlic and herb seasoning

Instructions

  1. Season and cook chicken in olive oil over medium-high heat until cooked through (6–8 minutes).
  2. Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente; drain.
  3. Hollow out the kaiser rolls by slicing off the tops and removing some insides.
  4. Brush inside of rolls with melted butter mixed with garlic seasoning.
  5. Toast rolls in a preheated oven at 375°F for 4–5 minutes.
  6. Mix cooked pasta, Alfredo sauce, and chicken in a large bowl.
  7. Fill toasted bread bowls generously with the mixture.
  8. Top with shredded parmesan cheese and return to the oven for another 4–5 minutes until cheese melts.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with parsley or red pepper flakes if desired.
