  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter (for caramel)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (for caramel)
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt (for caramel)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Melt butter and mix with sugar, then add eggs and vanilla.
  2. Sift together flour, cocoa powder, and salt; combine with the wet mixture until just mixed.
  3. Pour brownie batter into a greased 9-inch springform pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
