  • 1 box brownie mix (for 9x13 pan)
  • 22 Oreos (divided)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare brownie batter according to package instructions and pour half into the prepared dish.
  3. Crush about 10 Oreos and sprinkle over the brownie layer, then add remaining brownie batter on top.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, vanilla, and sour cream until smooth. Spread over the brownie layer.
  5. Bake for about 60 minutes or until set. Allow to cool slightly.
  6. Heat heavy whipping cream until steaming, then stir in chocolate chips to make ganache.
  7. Pour ganache over cooled bars and sprinkle with crushed Oreos.
  8. Chill completely before cutting into squares.
