  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 4 salmon filets (about pounds)
  • 2 medium peaches (pitted, thinly sliced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
