- 2 tablespoons honey
- 100 grams crumbled blue cheese
- 100 grams grated Parmesan cheese
- 50 grams chopped walnuts
- 6–8 sprigs fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tablespoon milk
- Sea salt
- Cracked pepper
- Preheat your oven to 180C (350F) or 200C (390F) for non-fan ovens.
- Drizzle honey over each sheet of puff pastry.
- Evenly distribute walnuts, blue cheese, Parmesan, thyme leaves, salt, and pepper over the pastry.
- Roll up each sheet tightly and cut in half lengthwise.
- Twist each piece into a coil shape on baking paper.
