Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Add sour cream and vanilla; mix well. Incorporate eggs one at a time gently to avoid air bubbles.
  3. Fold in rainbow jimmies and pour over the crust.
