Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg; set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix cooking oil, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin puree until smooth.

  5. Grease an 8” x 4” x 3” loaf pan with oil spray. Pour batter into the pan and sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips.
