  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 8 cups apples, peeled and sliced
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, salt, and cinnamon; combine with butter mixture until just mixed.
  4. Press the crust mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 15 minutes until lightly golden.
  5. Meanwhile, mix sliced apples with sugar, flour, and cinnamon for the filling.
  6. In another bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon for the streusel topping; cut in cold butter until crumbly.
  7. Once the crust is slightly cooled, layer the apple filling on top and sprinkle streusel over it.
  8. Bake for about 45 minutes until bubbly and golden. Cool completely before slicing.
