  • ¼ cup heavy cream for caramel filling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat softened butter and brown sugar until fluffy.
  4. Mix in eggs, apple cider, and vanilla until combined.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture; stir until just mixed.
  6. Scoop rounded balls of dough onto a lined baking sheet with space between each.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden but centers remain soft.
