  • ⅓ cup tahini
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • ¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • pinch cayenne pepper
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup ice water

Instructions
